Discolouration..Is it a Deficiency? (with pics)

Well just noticed this yesterday and it is only on one stem (that comes off the main stem) These leaves are not that dark green color as the rest of the leaves. They have a sorta yellow'ish tinge to them. Any ideas on what it could be? Would it be okay to ignore the problem for a week or so, until I get my plant sexed?

Second question: Plant has been a little droopy recently and not that much signs of growth. (I think it's time to change pots) Would it be okay to leave it how it is until another 5 to 7 days at least until I am able to sex it? (What a hassle it is working with un-feminized seeds on your first grow)

What would YOU do if you were in my situation?
**Also I don't want to go out and buy a $20 bottle of whatever the "girl" needs until I know it is a girl. (I don't want to be feeding the male )..just because I'm on a tight budget. And adding fertz... I am unsure about because of my stupid Miracle Grow soil (there are already signs of nute burn I don't know what to do with) so would adding more fertz be benifitial? I'm lost right now.

Also curious, About this 'fur' like purple color in the indented part of some of my stems... what is it? Sorry if the pictures are blurry, it was hard to steady the camera from where the pic was taken

^^It's a Lot of work taking care of these girls but I have to admit other than spending the money.. IT'S SO FUN!:hippy:

    If I were you:
I would add my history with this plant first. What have I done in the past?
(Sounds like a long post huh? Give a time for really detailed post if you care your plant.)
    After that,
I would water when needed, set the light distance to a safe level check everything else and leave (her) alone until next watering (I mean really alone). By the time I would read read read (and read the replies here), try to have some ideas for my next action.

One thing just came to my mind that may make a difference!
A few threads back I posted something and sorry, but I'm not sure off the top of my head who it was but someone said:
->Don't use that water that comes out of my fridge because it has nothing in it for my plant and that I should use tap water....
->>So what I did was take 50% water from the fridge (that normally is left sitting out in a container for days until the container is done) and mixed it with 50% of tap water freshly poured, but room temperature.
When you say history do you mean everything that has happened in the past? or fill out that troubleshooting form? or both?
...I will give all the info I can, but am in a rush right now. Will post more info, detailed and time taken  later tonight.

What is your experience level? first timer

    Your Equipment:
    1) Type and wattage of lights. CFL(six) 4 bright white, 4 soft white. 23w equivalent to 100w
    Distance from tops? Approx 6inches
    .3) Reflector type?None
.4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply? No air circulation in the go room to out of the grow room or vise-vera.
.5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan?Fan circulating
    6) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule? 100w (6 cfls) =600w? ......time is 18/6 (on/off)

    Your medium:
    7) Specific brand and type of soil, (coco, peat based soilless...) and anything you've added to it. (vermiculite, perlite, worm castings...)"Miracle Grow Potting Soil"
.8) Size of container. Not sure (see pictures above for an idea)
.9) Did you use peat pucks (or similar) to root clones or germinate seedlings?
No Folded two paper towels to germinate, then put in soil.

    Your nutrients and water:
    10) Source of water? (tap, bottled or filtered) What's it's ph before adjusting?[/COLOR]
Filtered water, put into a huge jug and left in my room. Now started mixed that filtered fridge water with the same amount of regular tap water. No way to check ph (getting ph strips soon)
11)Method of checking water ph. (ph pen, test strips, aquarium test kit...
No way to check ph (getting ph strips soon)
    12) Method of adjusting water ph. (phosphoric acid, white vinegar, hydrated lime, PH Up...)
    No method to change ph
    13) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule.
No nutes given yet! Has nute burn from the stupid soil (MG)
    14) How often are you watering between feedings, and how much per watering?
About every 3 or so days. I check the soil with my finger from the top and from the drainage hole, if there is no moisture on my finger after touching soil I will water
    15) Any additives or tea's? (Superthrive, CalMag, molasses, Mother's Earth...)
    no.
    16) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate?
No way to check ph (getting ph strips soon)
    17) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph?
No way to check ph... runoff water has a yellow tinge, don't know why?
    18) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray?
Don't know what it is and don't do it.

    Your growroom:
    19) Indoors or outdoors?
    Indoor
    20) What size of closet, room or hut?
10ft wide, 4ft deep, 15ft high (appro. numbers)
    21) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? ...With lights off?
    Lights on:27degrees C 80 degrees F ...ranged from (23-29 degrees C though)
    Lights off:not sure
    22) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom?
Not that I know of. (knock-on-wood)

    Your strain:
    23) What strain are you growing? (Indica dominate or Sativa dom?)
Bubba Kush (Bubblegum x OGkush) 80/20 (indica/sativa), indica dominate
    24) From seeds or clones?
    Seeds
    25) Is this an autoflower strain?
    No, it's not.

    PAST:
-All I can really think of is that it has been struggling with slight nuteburn for as long as I can remember because I made a bad choice and chose Miracle Grow Premium Potting Soil which has those pearl looking balls...(auto release nutes)
-And the leaves have been sorta droopy every here and there, but when I have the fan on then they perk up a bit
-At one point some of the older leaves had a 'crispy' like feeling but not the newer ones as much (solved that by moving the lights farther away)
-Gave it 5 weeks of veg period @16/8 (on/off) and then put it to 12/12(on/off) just 4 days ago.
-Other than that nothing I can really think of, I'm just trying to make it through the next few days so I can get it sexed. It's in it's 4th day of flower today and I have yet to see any signs at all of sex.

Yo don't get it do you?

Who told you to follow every advice? Or what makes you think every advice here is solid? And what are you're trying to do by replying back my advice?
Its very much possibility you'll end up with a stressed male plant there if you keep asking about everything and applying every advice you got. That's why I'm saying have your own opinions by reading the sources.

Add your history, whatever you understand from it.
Wait, here better one. Why don't you start a grow log? So everybody can follow your actions there clearly, easily, under one thread. Isn't this a better solution instead of starting a new thread every other day?

That should be a maximum distance, but keep from burning the leaves, of course.

Get 'em fresh air whenever possible. Plants need the fresh air for their CO2 supply and temperature regulation and stuff...

Likely time to transplant to a larger container. Before watering, carefully tip the container over, slide the rootball out and check the roots. If you see more soil than roots, they're fine for now. If all you see is roots, time to transplant.

Sure there is. Go online and google your local water quality report. It'll give you a good idea of average ph, what's in it...This is important info for growing cannabis. If ph is out of range, nutrients will start being locked-out.
Get yourself a freshwater aquarium ph test kit. $7.00 at most pet centers. You can't measure runoff ph with them, but it gives you a good idea of what is going in.

How much are you adding when you do water? My first guess was underwatering or overwatering, and that it's time to start feeding 'em. You're in flower now, right...? You need to get them some flowering nutes. Can take up to 2 weeks to see preflowers. Longer if you put her into flowering too young.

As the organics in the soil breaks down, the little pieces act like tea in a tea bag.

    Don't be confused poker buddy.
All I'm trying to say as a friend, first you should make things clear. Otherwise everyone here can give some advice based on some missing information to you and if you follow one of the wrong one that can make things worse. That's why I said "history" so anyone who reads can understand your situation clearly.
You see, you got expert opinions after all. This was the point and I'm glad you got it.

And for the log, I was thinking, if this baby turns male log will end very soon (god save). Maybe just start logging in indoor growing or cabinet growing instead of grow log section since its from the half. But this is just my opinion, you feel free to do anywhere you want.
