Specific Gravity
Hi all long time reader, short time test worrier!!!!!
I have a test with work this week, will have not smoked for 9 days.
I have been taking home tests daily, around the same time as the test will be. These have been coming back with a negative line, although it is very very faint. I think the test is going to be pretty intensive as they have said they will be taking blood and the samples will be sent to a lab. The test is also a offshore medical, so i think the blood samples will not be drugs tested more for diabetes.
Anyway even though I have been passing the home test, just. I think i am going to dilute too. My question is i understand i have to load up on creatine and dilution shouldn,t affect the ph. With specific gravity will the dilution not affect this? and is there any way to get the specific gravity back to normal? also am i right that i don,t need to worry about the ph?
