Is it worth the risk?

Hi!

I made a post here a few days ago asking about pre-employment drug screenings and whether they require supervision, usually the answer is no.

With that being said, I want to tell my story for the sake of asking whether it would be worth destroying myself if there is still a chance of failure. So instead, I'll make a list of factors, and I will let you forum-goers decide whether I should make a run to detox or if I should just sub with a clean friend's piss.

-6'2", 145lbs, the epitome of scrawny, an EXTREMELY fast metabolism
-Chronic smoker, well, chronic vape-user that is, for the past 4-6 months
-Last vaped on 1/19
-Drug test must be done at a LabCorp by 2/2
-Only started the flushing and exercising yesterday
-Have not taken any niacin yet because I hear drug tests look for that as well, not sure how long niacin stays in your system
-CLEAN friend is ready and willing to accompany me to the lab the day of if needed
-Prior experience with this lab, so I know they don't supervise
-Tested positive with a piss test from walgreens (I know this isnt surprising)

I don't like wasting peoples time with reading another "OMG THIS IS WHEN I SMOKED, WILL I PASS????", but I feel like 14 days for someone who can consume massive portions of food and still somehow lose weight, might still have a shot.

Also take into consideration, that this job means the world to me. I know there is no 100% guarantee that I will piss clean on Wednesday even if i keep up with this, but if a friend is readily available, should I even risk it?

Perhaps I should take another walgreens test the day of and if I fail then resort to the clean friend?

If you have read thus far, thank you, I know you must have read stories like this a hundred times over.

3 days before your scheduled U/A, take another home test using your first void of the day. If youre still testing dirty, then STOP all exercise and be as dormant as possible unti the after the U/A.

If you have access to a clean urine sample, by all means use it!:thumbsup:

Drinking a bunch of water/fluids days or weeks before the U/A is useless. Read post #2 in this thread as to why: http://boards.cannabis.com/drug-test...situation.html


Niacin is NOT tested for on a U/A, however niacin does nothing to rid the body of THC. There is nothing that can rid the body of THC except time and fat-burning exercise.
