As you will find on this site, the single most important thing is to make sure the temperature is between 90-100 degrees.

Here's what I did on Tuesday:

Got a 3fl bottle from pharmacy (eg CVS), the ones used for air travel. I also bought a digital thermometer and air activated hand warmer.

Got a non-smoker friend to pee into small bottle.

Bought a small hot coffee and put the bottle into the coffee to get the temp up. It showed about 105 degrees.

Before going in for the test I wrapped the hand warmer around the bottle and shoved them down my tighty whiteys (do not wear boxers...the bottle could fall out).

I had to wait about 20 minutes before being sent into the restroom, unaccompanied, to pee into a container. When in the restroom I poured the pee from the bottle into the container. The container had temperature label so I could see the temp of the pee.

I then peed as normal into the toilet, so the lab tech could hear me. (The lab tech is supposed to check the toilet after...but mine didn't).

The pee was a little hot so I blew on it and the temp came down to the required range.

I buttoned up and handed the sample container to the lab tech.

I got word today that the job I was going for was mine and I start on Tuesday.

A couple of words of advise:

Weary loose fitting trousers so they do not notice the bottle.
Try not show anxiety, it may arouse their suspicions. Keep cool and don't look guilty.

Good luck on Monday.
