I poked around on canorml.org and would like to make sure that my understanding on these things is correct. 1) It is legal to smoke outdoors provided that you are not within 1000 feet of any kind of care facility (e.g. schools or child care) or in a non-smoking zone. Clearly it's illegal to smoke in an operating vehicle (not to mention, a Bad Idea). Rating: 5
