ive been using freeware spyware removers.. spybot, adaware n microsoft anti spyware.. n stop using internet explorer change to something like firefox or Opera as your web browser.. that will help a lot..

to be honest, if you want a good anti spyware program you might have to dish out some money. here are some things to I suggest. I dont know if you have a firewall, but if you dont it would be a wise investment to purchase one. Bestbuy or some other electronics store will help you out with this situation.
Anti Spyware, I have tried several free one's and none really work efficently. I went to my local bestbuy and picked up Web Root Spysweeper. 20 bucks. It worked very well.

ive got the free beta version of it
and i forgot to mention keep your 'Windows' updated if you aint doing so,

Personally, I think spyware is more hype than anything else. I don't even concern myself with that bull. Only fools and companies who want to profit do. As long as you pay careful attention to your surfing habits and installations, you should have no problems.

I have 3 systems and I reformat them every six months..

It gets rid of all kinds of shit that ends up on there..

It also gives you the ability to re partition the hard disk if you want to...

After all that, then I look at updates, firewalls, security etc....

sorry mate, that's bollocks, i'm an IT technician, and spyware can FUCK your PC over, so full sys restore is the only option, you're thinkin of the over-hyped-mass-hysteria-phenomenon-OMG-its-a-virus!!!

Not true. There are several malware variants which are not detected by Adaware. The single best tool for spymare management is Hijack This, a freeware which will show everything on your system aand allow you to identify suspicious software. The hard part is knowing what to look for, but you can always copy and paste the log here and I'll have a look at it. Hijack This is available here.

Cause I eneded up with spyware even though I had the microsoft beta, adaware, and shit, I bought another one for like 50 bucks..

Like you said the only thing that got rid of it was a system re format..
