Anti Spyware, I have tried several free one's and none really work efficently. I went to my local bestbuy and picked up Web Root Spysweeper. 20 bucks. It worked very well.

microsoft antispy seems to work ok(must have SP2 installed)
ive got the free beta version of it
and i forgot to mention keep your 'Windows' updated if you aint doing so,
if your using windows thats a must do,
