got caught today, help with some advice

Well, today morning my mom asked y the room smells like smoke. I told her i dunno and the conversation ended. later she called me and said o come home. I got home and she showed me a piece of paper with cashed weed. I fucked myself up by saying my friend snuk in at night and i let him smooke in my room(i didnt rat anyone out, i just made up a name and said he smoked). wat should i do? I was pissed as hell taht she went through my fucking trash!
Im 16 and have been smoking for about a year. any advice would help. should i mabie come clean? they are calling pot a "narcotic" and acting like its the worst thing in the world

i jsut got caught last week 2 but my 'best friend' told my parents and mine are real strict, most of my m8s are scared of them. but i was just straight up yeh i smoke weed you cant stop me. they were going 2 get their detective mate 2 try get out of me where i get it from so they could raid etc, but gave up, but im 18, so it mite b a lil easier. they try to still control

it feels much better when its all out in the open instead of having to hide it from them the whole time, its real shit for awhile but itll get better.

i got caught a month or two back, my dad found some shake in a bag that fell out of my jacket. he was like what the hell is this? and i was just like I dunno that could be alot of stuff ya know. which he knew was bullshit. but he could see that i didnt start spazzing out or anything i was just real cool about it. and that was pretty much it he just busts on me calling me cheech and making jokes to me like that. of course im 20 and in college so its different. I didnt start smoking till I was 19. but just be cool about it, the more they see you stressed out and acting like you are in withdrawal or something the more they think you have a problem.

if you lie to them you are no better than the the feds and local narcos that spread rumors and lies about cannibis lie's will never solve a problem the war on cannibis is proof of that in it's self if educating them about the facts of cannibis wont work then it's prob better to abstain for a year or 2 till you can move out on your own no sense in putting added stress on a brain that is infested with govt anti cannibis propaganda good luck
