Correct feeding is one of the main factors. Watch their NPK values, choose by that. More P and K for flowering. I'm sure you can find that info

Yes this is more than enough. You can run both for the last month of flowering if you feel needed. MH effective on quality.

Try to keep them in same high for them to share equal light. Otherwise one can average on the other and dominate. But, your cabinet looks small for two plants. Maybe enough for small size plants. You may need to do some training.

I didn't get what you asking but yes its ok 12/12 anytime. They'll keep growing in 12/12 too. They get bigger 2-3 times more than now.
That's possible to get 2 oz per plants depends on conditions.

I don't know much about HIDs but I don't think there can be a real heat issue with 150W.
That sheet can reflect back some light. Better use glass. But only that can't be helpful on heat if there is no cooling fan for the bulb. Also distance of glass from the bulb is another factor on cooling.
