I hope you will start doing some mental excersizing of positive thinking. Try to see whatever you think is a great fighting image (Marines, Old time soldiers with Bayonets, some video game hero etc.) and when you lay down at night before you fall asleep, enact in your mind that fighting image going to your liver and kidneys warding off the enemy. Fighting the good fight. The mind and brain control the body and it can work with the power of positive thinking.
