Make some tea, open a window, sit down in a comfortable chair, and put on some Marely or Harper...works like a charm.

yea drink some green tea and listen to calm music. also try reading childrens books like "the giving tree" or some other simple but enlightening book. also just make sure you realize the fact that its all in your head, and it wont last for more then another few hours most likely.

yea ignore my ignorant comment--Honestly though if you can sign on to a computer and even type,your doing fine......on the contrary maybe you should have taken more....Of whatever it was you took?That might help if you say what you took.For all we know you might have just slammed some H,and thought you were "trippin".ANd someone cooda came on here and said "take a few valiums,and ride it out".In which case you probably would have had respiratory failure.SUch positive thoughts.....

sounds like a bad acid trip, cuz that is probably the most common bad-trip drug around nowadays. You should be nearly out of it now

Once I had a bad trip and I went outside in the snow (which is rare in SC)
It was cold as fuck but at least I was alone and I calmed down.
