As far as being a veteran and using MM the VA will not discriminate against you getting a medical marijuana card and using it as long as it is within the guidelines of that state. However you cannot go to a VA Dr. to get recommendations as they are federal. Migraines is one I was going to take a stab at insomnia, but I could be wrong.
