Problem after problem for you isn't it.
Put some pictures up and try filling out the troubleshooting form so someone can help you out more accurately.

What do you expect, everyone will tell their opinions based on a couple of words? Not even a post, only a tittle.
And yes, there can be very many of answers about down pointing leaf tips.
But, there can be specific answers for you if you ask properly, can't there? Give more information get more help.

Tip: If all of your plants are sick, first focus on general conditions.

Im growing in a grow tent under a 600watt dual spectrum light , in plagron soil with perlite,. light is bout 24" away ! maybe to far? , with a 4" rihno carbon filter and fan and a rotating fan inside tent,, i have 2 4" ducting from the tent to out side for fresh air ,. PH is roughly 6.5 give n take , dnt know whats coming out tho ! , temp is 80-82 on , and 65-70 off , humid i dnt know !, these plants are only a week old in my hands , bought them as cuttings , i watered them today , the last water was 3 days ago!,. two plants are dark green with yellow tips , the rest are light green , with yellow showing through , and yellow tips , today i noticed the leaves have started to point down and some leaves have grey spots ( only dark leaves have the grey spots)

I would put picks on but its not letting me do so !

Light distance is ok. Specially for cuttings. Don't bring it any close for now.
If that is plagron light mix, give some nutes to yellowing plants. Keep the humidity high.

Maybe you're trying to attach some wrong size or format.

And better solve all of your problems under one thread. It helps people to get your details at once and easily diagnose your problem.

Look mate, start a threead about your all problems and give very detailed informations on your general conditions, feeding schedule, watering schedule, amounts, pH, EC and whatever you know about your grow. Keep it very detailed. Tell every single details about it. This way we can see the exact problem/s and point it.
Until then you'll get half/missed help somehow and may make things worse.
