I've got PTSD and I've broken everything in both hands and both legs. What sativa strain or cross breeds would any of ya'll suggest i try out? I'm gonna start growing the best option i come across. Thanks in advanced.

i was thinking like Jack Herer X Blueberry Kush X AK 47 and calling it Blue Jack 47. do any of ya'll think this would come out alright and still meet all my needs?

I have PTSD from trauma (duh, hence the "T" in ptsd)
I also have physical problems such as degenerative disc disease.
Perhaps what I look for may be good for you too? I LOVE sativas, but they tend to be cerebral more than body high, which is great for the PTSD, but I find that if I Vape a Sativa I get more of a body high along with it even if it is a sativa (weird huh). I also find Indicas to be great for pain.

Anyways since I do have a fondness for Sativas but also need something for my spine, so I do tend to go with Hybrids if I have only one choice.
BUT what I try to do is to have a Sativa for the daytime and a good Indica for sleeping with less pain. Sometimes I will mix the strains and make my own "hybrid" type of effect.

The strains that I have tried that have worked well are:
(these results from each strain is based on MY experience)

Green Crack = great for mental/emotional

707 Headband = great for headaches, mental/emotional

White Russian = a lot like White Widow but better

White Rhino = great for pain and mental/emotional

Blue _____ (insert "dream" or "cindy" etc) Wonderful middle ground for
Pain and mental/emotional, also good for migraines.

Purple _____ (insert Widow, erkle, etc) A lot like the Blues but more of a body high.

OG Kush = IF you get a good one. look out pain here comes relief

Liquid Butter = Pain, insomnia, stress, anxiety, and disassociating are all gone for me with this, BUT you will either sleep or have couch lock... this is my all time favorite Indica (& I tend towards sativas & still love this because it is an honest Indica, it does what it is supposed to)!!!

Amnesia Haze = Wonderful for a brain cleaner, I always feel like I can think more clearly on this with the right amount of energy given as well.

I have tried many others, but these are some that have worked well for me.

Hello Scotisativa90,

The cross sounds good, but to be honest with you and I believe any of us that do any breeding would say this. The strains although good selections can take away from one another some of the properties you are looking for in each individual strain. I would definitely try it though, it can't hurt and while you are crossing them you may come across something that works really well from just the first two strains who knows. Share that ish though when done and good luck....:S5:

Just seen this promo on everyonedoesit.com, and I read up on these seeds and they seem pretty good for freebies.
They are White Widow or Big Bud XXL by the ministry of cannabis.
But you do have to buy a pack of seeds first, but just pick something heavy from Barneys and you get these ones which aint half bad.
