    Tiki's 2nd SCROG

    Lynhal thanks for letting me know I'm entertaining.

    Decided today was the day that she got transplanted into the larger tub.
    So I ended up going 19 days on this res. The water was still nice and clear, and the roots are simply amazing. Here's to saving money on nutrients! :thumbsup:

    Well I finally made my first newb mistake on this grow.
    When I was calculating at what height to fim my girl, I forgot about one key thing. Inter-nodal stretch!!

    Needless to say the main stem is taller than I wanted it to be. It's going to be a tight squeeze from here on.

    She also got introduced to some bondage today. :giggity:

    The Soup:
    • Tap Water
    • 3 ml/gal Pro-Silicate
    • 5 ml/gal Micro
    • 5 ml/gal Grow
    • 5 ml/gal Bloom
    • 5 ml/gal B52
    • 5 ml/gal Sensi Cal Mg Vegetative
    • 5 ml/gal Voodoo Juice

    PPM = 950
    PH = 5.7

    And now for the pics. 17 days veg. :hippy:

    Well I just finished going medieval on her. She finally got the message. :S1:

    I know a lot of you are going to look at the pics and say what the f**k is he doing!
    But I have an idea in my head, and once that happens there's no stopping me. :jointsmile:
    My goal is to have four "main stalks" to be trained, with a super highway supplying nutrients to them. Whether or not this works out we shall see.

    What's your light cycle for vege? internode spacing and density of the top node look like what I get if I leave a girl under my 24-0 T5 array for quarantine?

    If so, might try dropping back to a 18-6 to encourage a slight bit more node spacing to make her easier to train.

    Just a :stoned: thought

    She's been on 18/6 her whole life. Including cutting/cloning phase too.

    Wild!,.... :wtf: :detective1: I have a theory, but it's nothing for the boards since I've got no way of testing it IRL.

    Today the screen got placed over her, and a few of the LST ties got removed.

    Not much else to say at the moment. :hippy:

    I do not want to meet tiki in a dark alley and be "trained" by him into submission to grow the way he wants me to. :weedpoke: :S1:

    :S2: Just kidding, my friend, you're doing a fine job. Can't wait to see what the final results will be. :thumbsup:

    I am really impressed with general vigor and robustness of this clone.
    The stalks are "bulking up" really fast, and some of the fans are as big as my hand! And getting bigger!

    I'm not sure if it's the Advanced Nutrients, the different lighting, or a combination of them both.
    Then there's also taking into account for the learned lessons (With the help of the great canncom community.) that have led to a better growing environment and practices.
    Whatever it is I like it! :thumbsup:

    Top Off Mix:
    • 3/4 gal PH'ed Tap Water

    PPM = 900
    PH = 5.7

    And now for the pics. :hippy:

    Woot :dance:Tiki, impressive work bro, both the closet build and your overall ideas/technics!!! :thumbsup: Definately subbing on this one, many things to learn for future grows and a very interesting project anyway! I'm thinking to try FIM on a couple of my plants too , even though it's first grow, but need to have it clear in my head a little bit more b4 I do. Still researching it.

    Peace,
    :hippy:

    Lookin good bro! :thumbsup:

    Looks like you got the larger hole chicken wire, If your lucky you won't be able to get the buds out of it anyway! imp:

    My first harvest off of the new Screen was much easier, but even with the 2x3" openings many of the buds barely fit thru to get em out! :S5:
