Cool, speaking of Storm King, used to be acquainted with the guy that runs the Art Center but this going back some years. Most of what I have done around the Appalachian trails were usually grab the bag and papers and lets go type of things. Im only a few miles from the AT here in TN. I intended on walking from here to NY years ago, but oh well.
Hey have ya ever been to "Rampart Range" between Denver and Colorado Springs? I used to love 4-wheelin' and camping there. Its on the front range, but once you get on the ridge part of it the western views are spectacular! Did some camping/hiking near Leadville at Turquoise lake too.
I lived most of my life in England and east of the Mississippi, but one day about 13 years ago I threw a dart at a map and it stuck near Denver, so I went there. I had a blast out west!
How I ended up here I have no idea!
