How strong can I expect simple CFL homegrown to be?

I'm going to have some White widow bud grown under 150 watts of CFLs, and I was wondering how strong the stuff can be for a newb smoker. I only smoke occasionally - usually months between, and now I'm going to get some potentially strong stuff, so my question is how much would get me moderately stoned? I don't want to get extremely fucked up first time trying it. So what would you put in a joint for one or two unexperienced people? 0,25 grams? 0,5 grams?

As for you question about how "strong" your grow will be, varies and depends on your environment. Hyrdroponic grow?soil grow? any problems,fertz,nutes etc....

As for you other question about how much to smoke in a spliff/blunt/what ever you prefer, if you are a beginner and by yourself then anywhere from 0.20 to 0.50 will give you a nice-decent high and with a friend do at least 0.75 to 1.0 :jointsmile: .... just once try 1.0 alone, sit back and enjoy it:stoned: <<---ALSO DEPENDS ON THE QUALITY OF WHAT YOU HAVE... but those numbers are fairly good for some decent bud.

yea totally agree poker 0.20 more-than enough for your self to get a lite but nice buzz but yea try a 1 gram joint with a cup of coffee or tea what ever you prefer sit back sip and smoke and zone out

as for cfl grows it dose depend how you bring the little ones up but i have seen some great crops using CFL i'm use CFL my self i have about 9800 lumen pumping out of 8 total CFL and results so far impressive considering cfl i used to think LED but im liking cfl ive even took led grow lite out because with so much cfl lite didn't seem like it was doing any thing....but still use on my seedling in other g/room
my m8ty wont change from old school ways hps...etc but is too impressed with CFL grow's any ways m8 im starting to babble good luck with grow

So much is going to depend on the success of your grow and then the curing at the end... but if your white widow is even close to the white widow I get around here, you won't make it through the first joint. 2 tokes... possibly 3... and you will totally forget what you were doing.
