lights problems i need a advice or litter help

my room is 6'x12' how many plants can i feet in that space and im confuse with the lights in another wedside they say i can used a t12 4 ft. cool white fluorescent tubes 40 watts y coguction with 40 watts day lights 6500k
i buy 8 lamps in total 16 tub each one 2 tub i put 8 cool white and 8 day lights i will need more ligths and this is good can some one help me i nneed help a.s.a.p cause is the most confuse part.
