Not saying it pertains to these tubes, but years ago an engineer and gardner compared specialty agro-tubes vs. all-purpose tubes. The agro tubes had the better spectrum profile, but the all-purpose had superior over-all flux density (if that is the correct term) and out-performed in real-world tests as well.

I wonder the same about these bulbs.

It helps to read the entire page first. Cheapest I've found is 48 dollars per blue tube 4ft.

AgroMax Bloom T5 Since this is my first T5 bloom, the AgroMax bulbs are more in the yellow color, and I'm just curious, is this the bloom bulbs normal color? They been on long enough to come to full lumens. Just curious. Great contrast with the two grow bulbs in the center. :D This will also be a test on the AgroMax for future T5 grows.
