temps outside atm are 5-10 degrees during the day and around 0 at night sometimes in the negatives humidity outside i dont know but theres alot of snow lol

probably dont that cold of air coming in unless you could control it with a timer and a backdraft damper. that would take some time to adjust. how are you heating the room, is that adjustable?

the bed room is set at about 65degrees and the only thing heating the closet is the lighting with the door closed it gets 87-90 plus but since ive added exhaust fan and another smaller fan its around 80-85 normally i leave the door open a crack during the lighting period to get the temps to high 70s
