if u see 2 different western power vans outside your house and 1 of the people walking up an down your street, does that mean something bad like a high power usage or something??
are they onto an investigation??

the power company don't need to surveille to know your power usage. hell, i can see mine online.
but if it aint western power, you in alot a shit. might wanna call your lawyer.
or, and most likely, you might just have to wait until that really good shit you smoked wears off.
