Steve Sarich, Medical Marijuana's Bad Boy, Gives the Finger to Sensible Washington

Like many others in the community Doug Hiatt has his detractors and supporters. I tend to see overall holistically, he's got the right think in his heart and mind. And he just may not agree with someone else's interpretation of the laws.

Me I've always gone by and stood by the laws were unconstitutional in the first place, regardless of what a court, any court may say. Frankly, that's my right to be civilly disobedient, even if the consequence may result in incarceration or worse. And, I've taken nearly all they have dished out so far. Wore me down, but I'm still standing the same line!!!

I guess the interpretation of our mmj laws are we are criminals because we use an authorized legislated substance...

Our AFF. DEF. is the same as an AFF. DEF. of assaulting another human being... VIOLENCE. AT NO POINT IN ANY TIME IS IT AUTHORIZED TO ASSAULT ANY HUMAN BEING...WITH VIOLENCE.

This means that no-patient is allowed to enter the USE of their medicine until a finder of fact allows you to use this substance...

This is not our law we voted in... this is a law these CLUB members came up with by design to cheat the public out of honest services.. BOTTOM LINE HERE GUY !!!

Our mmj law is actually just like the trespass statute AFF. DEF. in reality... either you have permission or you don't to be at a place you are...i.e. WHO THE HELL AUTHORIZES YOUR USE ??? CERTAINLY NO FINDER OF FACT SIGNED YOUR AUTHORIZATION... THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY AUTHORITY TO ALLOW YOU TO USE... THEY ARE NOT LICENSED UNDER HEALTHCARE LAWS TO DO SO...

I think Hiatt just isn't interested in entering into the Peyton Place world of Steve Sarich. And I'm sure Steve has a lot more money than Doug does. He has trouble getting any of the big money from NORML or some of the other supposedly MMJ movement organizations because he isn't interested in drafting up intiatives that allow these same outfits to capitalize on the market. He just wants it made legal so we can end the stupidity.

the top pot lawyer system in wa. state can't manage to change anything?? Conflicts of interests maybe the cause here... If any lawyer in wa. manages to change anything... they lose money and go out of business in the # 1 cash crop business in the U.S...

In other words, Hiatt is in on it so deep, he don't know what to say...

Steve has just seemed to bone these guys and took over...

The company you are looking at is based in California, not Washington. All Sarich's stuff is in Washington AFAIK.

I own stock in one of those companies, so what? I think I might have made a great investment in a penny stock, WOOHOO!

All you have to do is read Steve's biography and its easy to see what he's all about. Its always been about the money and he's done fairly well for himself from time to time. He's just a greedy old drunk who doesn't want to admit he's getting old so he keeps young pussy around all the time. Can't say I blame him but its obviously only the money that keeps these young girls around him.

love him or not, steve sarach has been the face of WA MMJ enterprise and evolution for the last few years, as mmj has come out of the closet and unsecreted; and for that we owe him a debt of gratitude. truth be told, people have always been attracted to unconventional, daring ways...like bikers, wild west outlaws, playboys, renegades. It gives us some sense of possibility, like we could take risks too. Those persona are not what i'd choose for my life, so i'm happy steve showed up with his black leather finger poking bong sucking way and said......"STOP! ....I for one am poking back."
I'd have to suspect the motivations of anyone who calls him spiteful names.

I don't think playboy impersonator is spiteful. I think it just joking because I have no issue with what he did or didn't do. No smear intended. Matter of fact, he's on my friends list.
