10 hours of direct sun is nice! IMO the low temps are the main issue with it looking "thin". A container plants roots get pretty cold outdoors, colder than if it's in the ground. It slows them down a lot because they have to warm up for all those little soil microbes to get up to speed again.

You've done a good job! Not knowing the strain is a huge wild-card.
