I live close to the home invasion.
But now a days, seems people want to kill or harm you and product isnt enough for them. How would you know their intentions?
Simple rule....if you are trespassing on property that is clearly posted, get off the property unless you do not fear being shot.
If you are on my posted property and I think I see a weapon in your hand pointing at me in the dark, I would gladly do my time for protecting myself or my family. Jail time has no bearing on decisions when it comes to your own life or one of a loved one.

Any thieves found trespassing on any of my properties will be met with quite distinctive sounds of several 12 gauge shotguns being cocked ... if you do not retreat with verbal warnings within 10 seconds then the blasts will ring out and you will look sort of like a piece of swiss cheese when all is said and done. Buckshot covers a larger area than anyone can imagine without having seen it up close and personal. This is not a threat but a "fictional" promise.

Weed for free by stealing it is sincerely not worth losing your life over. GO BUY A BAG :baggy: from someone or grow your own you dang thieves or possibly die trying to get your ride for free.

Believe me when I tell you this....if it were at my house, this would have been BIG news. I dont take to people coming into my house univited too well. Without a search warrant, if you enter my home without permission, my thoughts are you have bad intentions instore for me and my loved ones, so you will be met with equal intentions and force.
This is no way a threat, just a promise to protect myself and my loved ones.

The laws are fairly simple here in Washington. A verbal threat of violence or a threat with any kind of a weapon will do. Just be careful when the cops show up. You state you were threatened either verbally or with weapons and then you shut up. Do not say another word till you talk to your attorney.
And if I was sitting on a jury where the police battered the door down with out a warrant I would find the home owner innocent of murder if he shot a cop, though I doubt you would live long enough to be in court.
I'm an avid gun owner and hunter and firmly believe that home owners have the right to protect there family and homes against unlawful entry. And no matter what the court system wants to tell you, a cop kicking a door in violates the 4th Amendment. And I'm big on the Bill of Rights. THats why I believe in jury nullification too.
