THIS IS what you need to state when you get to court and to the people whom will be deciding your fate. How much MJ has helped you and made you a better student. This is what unbiased jurors will need to hear from you if it goes to a jury trial which I highly doubt it will come to that.

I have heard of dr's that will prescribe this for minors but you will have to do some research on your own because I'm way past that age.

Please try not to stress yourself out over this little incident that you have stumbled upon. Life is full of turns, curves and learning experiences. Talk to your family I am sure there is someone who will stand up and state what a better person this has made you with your condition. I know I would if you were my son, brother, father, uncle, etc.
