I guess the dispensaries in tacoma who got shut down by leo and re-opened by the assistant mayor is nothing ? It is clear by just that stance alone, that a moratorium is a local zoning issue......not a governor issue.

They were called on that date and backed off of it. They've been asked to provide some protections for dispensaries until the bill can become law, and to give ALL dispensaries time and a chance to register. All of them seemed to agree that we need a safe way to get our meds NOW, and I really do believe they will try and find some reprieves for current dispensary owners until this thing is hashed out. Whether those reprieves work with leo remains to be seen. I'm not holding my breath.Originally Posted by Lemonhoko
