How do I go about having the profile pic I uploaded and and a quote 'permanently' attached to all posts and threads?

How do I go about having the profile pic I uploaded and and a quote 'permanently' attached to all posts and threads?

I click on the links and still do not see any way to add signatures, attachments or anything else for that matter. I have uploaded a pic that is the right size and it still does not show. When I click on the attachment link I get a new page that says I have no attachments, there is no add option that I can see. In the edit options link I have show signatures, show avatars, and show images all checked but there is no add on option to be found.

i was just able to download an avatar that depicts my personality

i don't have signature rights either though - maybe the "mods" can make themselves useful and offer some advice

Guess in all of those hours of reading until my eyes were blurry, I should have spent a few minutes reading the forum rules. As you see I now have my avatar and signature set.:fish:
