CA grow laws
I have read somewhere that u have to post specific things on the wall, what is that stuff? What is the best way to make sure I am obeying all growing laws as a medical card holder? Do I need specific paperwork?

There really is no pat answer to your questions. It is good that you ask them, and it is important that you get answers to them. The problem is that it depends on the county you live in, and or the city.
I would spend a little time and go to a couple dispensaries in your area. Go on a weekday, preferably before lunch (when they're not busy) and ask someone there. Get into a friendly coversation. Do it with more than one.
SOME of the grow stores have a strict policy about talking about Marijuana, ask when you go in. One here in Redding just doesn't care, they will specifically talk about cultivation. Go in and ask about different ferts and nutes and then, again, change the subject ... they probably know. Agan - before lunch, before busy.
I got a lot of info from a cop once. I had to make a police report once on another business matter. After all of our real business was concluded I asked him, in an offhand way: "Hey. As part of my job I go places and see a lot of things. If I see someone's garden, should I call you guys? Do you want to know?"
He kind of grinned and said, "I will never tell you not to call us if you think you need us ... BUT, if the grow is less than 100 plants we won't do anything about it. And, if its more than 100 - get the hell out of there, you are probably in danger."
The cops in Shasta County, California just don't care.
But, in the next county over, Tehama, it sucks. They'll bust ya, charge ya, make ya spend a lot of money on lawyers and bail and stuff - then drop the charges. It's up to the local DA, chief of cops, and sherriff. If they wanna be dicks, they'll make yer life miserable. They can ignore the law and screw with you and make you prove your innocence in court. Too much power. We have given away allmost all our freedoms to the nanny government. Shame on us.
So, keep asking your questions; but ask them in your community. No one here knows.
Welcome to the jungle, baby..
Just because I\'m paranoid, doesn\'t mean they\'re not out to get me.
