i doubt he sells anything now,if he does that certif is null and void,just comming from someone who knows about it 2001 was many years ago/and i no for sure that does not last for this many yrs my friend.so you see a person would have to have a 2005 to be legel.bottom line .and if i can grow and sell for five yrs i want to see someone who knows that one where i dont have to get new permet .one works forever
