3600 watt HPS Set-up Question??

hey guys, I finally finished setting up my 10'x10' flowering room with (3) 1000 watt and (1) 600 watt hps. So a total of 3600 watts.. i have 2 flood tables one is 4'x8' and the other is a 3'x3'. Right now my 600w Metal Halide is helping the 24 clones. I was wondering how many plants would I need to fill up my trays to pull at least 5-6 pounds per harvest? I saw a post saying 10-16 plants per 1000 watt hps. would 40-50 plants would be enough?

sorry for the newb questions but this is gonna be my first grow.

oh btw, I'll be using co2 at the end of flowering and I'm using some advance nutrients with general hydro so it should help a bit.

Dam sam....just dove right in head first, eh? That's quite a set up for a first timer. Assuming you do everything perfect and have no problems...yea, it could happen...a gram/watt/x weeks of veggin is possible, so 3600 g's of weed, but it's really how long ya veg em for as to how much you wind up with...there's really no substitute for long veggin and large size for large yields...how much patience ya got? 50 plants with a decent veg time should have a pretty good yield tho. :jointsmile:

Ive grown before but just a small 400 watt setup. I'm looking to yield more thats why i decided to do a big upgrade.. right now I have some og herojuana, lemon diesel, pink star, and inferno og in it's 2nd week of veg. I plan to go 4-5 weeks veging and 8-9 week flower. I'll have some pics up soon but thanks for the input!
