but 1 thing what i dont get is what is T5?everybody are talking bout that but i couldnt google that up.i was just geting info bout some parts for fiat punto so could you please answer or that..

T5 is a fluorescent available with high output option (T5 HO). But as I said, you need many of them to fit there because their waatges depends on their length as any other flourescents. You'd better look info for PL-L. Definitely better than T5, because they have higher wattage in short length.
Here is a simple calculation for you.
Say, in total you want to use 500W.
You can use 12x39W T5
or
You can use 6x80W PL-L

Price for them (approximately):
T5: 6 ballast=$75 , 12 bulb= $80-100
PL-L: 3 ballast=$35 , 6 bulb= $50-60
