I don't know about this pipe air idea. Will it give same amount of air from every holes? You need some wind for the plants.

300w looks not enough for 16 sq foot. It makes approximately 1500lm per sq foot. You need to double it to get some good results.
Use T5 HO or PL-L and make it from four sides instead of 30w floros.
Or even use all T5HO or PL-L, don't use 250w single cfl. For T5 you can use 39W maximum and you need many. PL-L has advantage, higher wattage with short length. You can use 6x80w PL-L. This makes 2250lm per sq foot, this is enough. Use eight, 3000lm per sq foot, you're good.

PC fans are close to one side. Why is that?

ok,no the air system with pipes def work my mates is using them like last 2 years or so and reslult is brilliant..but of coarse hes room is 12x12 and hes using 8inch went pipes,so i gonna def leave that..
but your deffently right bout lightningi made some MORE research and yeah.have da change tht..

So,basicly i made these drawnings cos i got so much help from this forum about everithing,and now i anna help people who are stuck with theyr growbox..ok heres the drawning bout ventilation(get the air in) so sise of my box is 4x4x7.2. and im using 40mm pvs pipes what i gonna run around the box so it will end up as a square using 90degree bends.(of coarse you have da drill loads of holes in so that air would get out) and then i connect these pipes behind a bathrom fan(have do be low rpm cos of Rating: 5
