23w 5000k or 42w 2700k for vegging?
I have a moddest little grow, consisting of a 24 inch windowbox, 3 young seedlings, and 3 cfl lamps. In the first 2 lamps I have 23w and 27w cool color temp(around 5000k) cfls. In the third lamp, I am conflicted as to whether to use my 42w warm temp(2700k) or my last cool temp, 23w bulb. I am aware that this 42w bulb will indeed prove handy when it comes time to flower, but right now I am just entering vegging. So my question is- Should I fill my third lamp with my 42w, 2700k bulb or the 23w, 5000k one?
I do realize how petty my question is, however I would be most grateful for any insight anyone might have.smokedsenseless Reviewed by smokedsenseless on . 23w 5000k or 42w 2700k for vegging?
