I would prefer to be legal. My diagnosis however is terminal. I have no fear of being incarcerated because no local jail is going to undertake the financial burden of providing for me over something as petty as a personal MMJ grow. My health could literally destroy the budget of a jail in a medium sized city alone (given that a transplant became available while I was in state custody).

Given this, I would prefer to remain at least somewhat independent and suppliment my SS disability (which is barely enough to pay rent) and be in a legal state where my skills can not only help myself but others as well. I know that some states are supposed to allow "vendors" to help them with their supply. This was what I was referring to.

They have been dragging their feet too long here on MMJ so it is time to leave. I have all the meical history put together for a physician to examine in NM. I have been growing for quite some time here but it is getting to dangerous and the conservatives just took over the legislature for the first time in 125 years. Time to leave.
