Cool/warm white CFL veg comparison
I know everyone loves pictures, but I didn't take any. Sorry.
This experiment was by no means conclusive, but was still informative.
Sprouted four Northern Lights seeds from the same mother. Used identical soil and put one each in my lightproof pods. Ran for two weeks under 13w CFLs then switched to 23w CFLs all from the same mfg and with the same rated lumen output.
Two were warm white and two were cool white.
The result: no noticeable difference at five weeks. Hope this helps those who obsess over spectrums.
In a future experiments, I am going to use the same set-up to compare a 20w blue LED, a 20w white LED and a 26w CFL.
Stay tuned...RackitMan Reviewed by RackitMan on . Cool/warm white CFL veg comparison I know everyone loves pictures, but I didn't take any. Sorry.
