please help...I'm lost again...LOL
ok I was givin a Copper Industries/lumark lighting HID fixture with a 400 watt ballast attached. The lamp type is a S-51. All the research I have done leads me 2 believe this type of fixture/ballast does not support HID or MH. I'm sure someone here can help me figure out whether I should/could use it in my grow room. Thanks! =)

Hi, Love
From the limited info on that lamp it would appear to be a 400 watt high pressure sodiom lamp. Good for flowering plants but you don't know how long it was used. Lamps should be replaced once a year from being used and worn out. Hope this helps.
