I agree with cannawhatsis about the N deficiency. Especially since the watering seemed to have an effect.. Also the temps were a bit low and it looks like it needs to be transplanted.

RAINHAZE Reviewed by RAINHAZE on . OMG Allow me to ask your opinion on what is wrong with this plant. FoxFarms Ocean Forest. Aired tap water a quart or so every other day or so....depending on temps. (It has been very cold last 2 weeks during nites, temps in 50's in garden.) 5 weeks at 12/12 1400 W HPS hortilux. BloomBastic 3 weeks ago at 1/2 mfg dose. Molasses 1/2 tsp per gal per week.
