New Blooooom Roooom - Northern LIGHTS HPS clones
I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice as to when I should put my lights 12/12 and get out of the 24/0 veg?

this is day 2 for the clones under a 600hps + 150hps Room has great ventilation.
my temps are always around 79 and my humidity is around 20-25%. is this ok for such new clones?

I spent lots a time on building the room and investing in quality product and I have great expectations.. some new friends to come along for the ride would be sweet.. I don't want to cut corners and obviously want max yields. I am open to all and every comment or suggestions from the boards community.

Thanks to all who guide me to an efficient productive grow. Id like to make the best out of my new bloom room and northern light clones.

i'll give a good yield/smoke report as soon as they are fully ready for jars...

For vegetative stage is better to use MH lights and for flowering are HPS will do best. As far as how long you need to keep your clones in the vegetative state it's really up to you. Technically you can flower your clones right away because genetically they are the same age as the mother plant which is usually is the plant that is ready to flower. So if you have a lot of clones(30-50) you can make SOG (screen of green): you take 3" or 4" ABS plumbing pipes, cut them in length foot or foot and a half fill them up with your grow medium and plant your clones in them. Than place all of them in one or two storage containers about 4x5x2 and flower them. You will get a lot of small plants with huge top buds. Or if you want them to grow in the vegetative state it would be up to you how long you'll keep em in that stage it depends on the size you desire. Theoretically this type of plans will stay in the vegetative state for many years as long as they receiving continius supply of light no less than 18hr a day. Good luck!

Usually 8 weeks of vegetative grow is enough.

    Good setup.
Since you are open to all and every comment or suggestions, I can come up with some.

First raise the humidity some how. I'm not familiar with clones but 20-25% is low for normal vegging and must be harder for the young clones i think.
You can start with removing those unused big soil bags. They'll suck up humidity instead of plants. Best way is a humidifier but, if you're out of budget, you can use wide water tray/s filled with water. Wet towel, or some other things can be used as well.

600hps not needed at the moment IMO. Lights distance looking high. You can keep it closer. Still, I am not familiar with HPS but looked too much and high to me. (Using only 150W now also helps raising humidity)

Your medium have everything in it and looks strong/dangerous for young plants. You must be careful in the beginning (Whenever I see "allmix", "fullmix", "supermix" or similar, i think like this).

Looks like you don't need to feed for a long time. Maybe clones need some rotting nutrients? I don't know. And again i don't know how suitable is this medium. Maybe you can attach labels photo/info instead of brand

Are you planning to veg just a week? Say month.

By the way, i am not an advanced grower either. Consider this.

    Good luck

promix has NO nutes ,it is a soilless medium , all food will be provided in the water.the question is "how tall before i flower?".just eyeballing the # of plants you have to put in a 3 1/2' space i'd say 8" to 10" with mature plants finishing at 20" to 36" tall... some thinning/training may be necessary.
