To me they hint of Howlin Wolf, Muddy Waters and even some Dylan, Sabbath & Led Zep every now & then.

I don't know much about their success, market penetration or aspirations.

However, I do know that I'm going to smoke some White Russian and crank up "Magic Potion".:jointsmile:
FLORIDA MON Reviewed by FLORIDA MON on . The Black Keys I've been listening to The Black Keys non-stop over the past couple of years and I've also seen them 3 times. I find their music especially appealing when I fire up, just after I fire up and...before I fire up again. They don't sing about marijuana but I do seem to smoke a lot when I listen to these guys. (The same thing used to happen when I was really into The Doors's "L.A. Woman" album.) Is anyone else having a similar experience with this band? Rating: 5
