First of all, we've been aware of this for years now, we haven't been worrying only about you. Just because there's no topic about it on this board, doesn't mean we canadians don't think about it. When our government does something shitty, only Cnadians know about it and feel the effects. When the US government does something shitty, the entire world feels the effects.

Second of all, read all my posts about Canada, I NEVER said that this is a peachy place where everything's A-OK. Our government is utter crap, the Liberals are one of the most corrupt governments we ever had. The reason there's a publication ban is because the judge, a highly respected and capable one at that, doesn't want the media to run with half-truths and testimonies taken out of context.

In the end, the Liberals just plain and simple got caught with their hands in the cookie jar. However, I think they got caught doing what ALL governments do, they were just stupid about it. But I hope the heads start rolling, at least to make the next government stay relatively honest...
