Hmmmm. Yes, I agree that genocide does happen, but it doesn't HAVE to. If people resist against a military with thier own weapons, it really wont matter. As Flesh said, some armed civilians with small arms won't stop an organized military force. The way to prevent genocide is interference from other powers.

This thread shows perfectly how other nations fail people in times of need. We need the United (corrupt) Nations to shape up, and perform there stated goal of not allowing Genocide and unneceasary wars. They need to use force if need be. But noooo, they are much more interested in the prosperity of thier member nations.
