If goal is 1 gram per watt???
Lumens is a touchy issue.
I would personally say get a few CFLs mixed 6500K and 3000K. Ignore lumens and make sure the lights are evenly dispersed around the plant to ensure even coverage.
Personally I think 6500K bulbs are better, being closer to the suns output.
