This really works well. I am impressed, better than any other oral method. You can also use it on your skin and absorb it that way.

Now I am not so sure the freeze method is the best to separate the water and oil. I think better to let stand and use a baster to get rid of the majority of the water and then put in container like a cone, (beaker) and it does well letting the solids sink, and any extra water.

Yield was 1.5 cups of pure concentrate. I would start with a teaspoon dose. I think I used a tablespoon or so and until used to it I think that is a bit much.

Damn finally an oral that I can utilize........Less smoke on the lungs
