When can I take cuttings? Don't want to veg much long?Sooooo..... take 3 hours out of the morning and 3 out of the evening? Ummm, yes. That would be more like the natural light cycle anyway as the day's get shorter the sun comes up later and goes down earlier.

I have my flower run overnight (7pm-7am) and my vege in the day (5am-11pm), so when I move a plant it gets an extended light cycle.

As long as the change is made and your not waffling back and forth on the light cycle for an extended period of time you'll be just fine

When can I take cuttings? Don't want to veg much long?Oh and forgot to ask, is there a "better" time to change the lights (ex. after watering, or when the soil is dry etc?) or can you change the light cycle anytime

When can I take cuttings? Don't want to veg much long? You don't want to go straight to flowering a cutting.. You gotta veg it before you flower.. Otherwise you get nothing! I did say NOTHING! Let them veg and flower them at 12-14 inches tall.Thinking you have an HID light? Originally Posted by poker2 Originally Posted by poker2

When can I take cuttings? Don't want to veg much long?Aha don't worry about it Tiki. I'm also interested! and I LOVEE the avatar pic you made me btw

And I chained the light cycle and today I sorta noticed some slight bumps on where some of the stems hit the main stem... like the size of a small mosquito bite bump you would get if you were to be bitten by a mosquito(but a few places).. Would that be a sign of a male ..still pretty early though. ..still pretty early though.
