Yeah - I will probably take the cuttings and do maybe a month of veg. and at the same time keep veging the 'mother plant' with the cuttings.
(that will give the mother 2 month veg and clones 1 month veg)

**Do you necessarily need a cloning gel/powder? Or can you just cut the stem at 45degree angle and your okay to plant in peat moss+humid dome or cup of water/covered with plastic wrap.

poker2 Reviewed by poker2 on . When can I take cuttings? Don't want to veg much long? I have been veg'ing for almost 4 weeks now and recently transplanted. Still running 18/6 (on/off) lighting. My plant is indica dominate (bubba kush) and is only about 3-4&1/2 inches tall. It does not look like I can take a cutting from it right now... also it is fairly 'bushy' but very short. Any ideas on what I can do. I only have that one right now and water at least 3 or 4 girlys :thumbsup: ...(honestly have no idea on the sex of the plant but I like girls more LOL :jointsmile:) Rating: 5
