Thanks for the pic Tiki....I think what I am looking at are either stipules or calyx coming off mostly my main stem ... although right now they look way to small to be stipules.

VERY WELL put Rusty . Not until very recently did I find out that male plants are just a bunch of pollen :wtf:

Just really quickly - will the pistils come out (female-preflower) in veg stage? Is it something that may take months of veg to show? Or only show in flower?

And don't get me wrong here... I don't mind waiting. I actually LOVE watching "her?" grow day by day and seeing what looks different. This is the first canna-plant I have ever seen in real life :jointsmile:

I will take some pics and post them here... maybe someone can give me some more insight. Although, I am not expecting a perfect answer because I also believe it is pretty early to know. (Just so you guys know what I am talking about)
