You didn't ask any questions in your post. It is hard to respond when you don't know what the poster is wanting advice on. Maybe you should make it clearer on what you would like to know?

    Miracle-Gro All Purpose Compost
40% more nutrients than ordinary multi purpose compost
Feeds for up to 3 months

If this is the one you're using right now, adding fertilizers is not a good idea at all!
Usually this type of composts are not recommended with seedlings or very young plants. This compost has already high level of nutrients and you must be really careful with that. I used the same type of soil with my two plants from the seed, currently growing. But I was always giving only deionized water to them.

Let the soil dry out before watering. You have small plants in big pots. They can't drink all in two days IMO. Use distilled or deionized water if possible. If not, let the water from tap sit for a day.
Flushing with correct PH water also can be a good idea for now.
Do you have good drainage? Did you press the soil? These are also important.
Next time add some perlite in your compost. Or sth similar to help air/drainage.

Place your bulbs horizontal if possible, more light can be used by plants.

These are all i can tell. Hope these helps.

The VERY last thing you want to do is come in ragging about how long it's taking to get an answer. If you are in that much of a hurry that you would alienate the membership, your chances of getting an answer accurate dwindles. Especially since you didn't post a damn question, you posted a statement.

Way too young for nutes yet. Don't do it.

Your medium (soil) needs perlite. What they are in now will suffocate the roots, and will retain water too long between waterings.

What kind of compost? Cow, horse, pig, mushroom...? Most composts I use are low ph and need to be adjusted up to a more suitable range.

Yes, it's an indica dominate strain.
