Don't be stupid. Dilution takes practice, especially for regular users with little clean time. If you are going to dilute, follow the proper method(you have to creatine load several days in advance, and address the issue of specific gravity) and do at least one test run. Everyone is different on the timing. It takes me close to 30 days before I can pass with dilution. Almost 60 days without dilution. I am a male in my 40s, 5'7", 160lbs.
