Well.... About your fan question: Blow the air directly on the plant BUTTT make sure the fan is revolving so it blows then moves away then blows and so on
For your nute question... you said you gave it nutes earlier than normal? (Helpful for some of the pro's , add more info about what nutes and how much Nitrogen etc it contains) Maybe ,you might have to flush but DO NOT do that until someone else also recommends it because that is only WHAT I THINK . Good luck mate!

You can grow with that spectrum as well. Plants can just stretch a bit more.
It should blow air directly on the plants. Revolving is not needed with small fans.
But your problem is not about your light or fans. It's about your medium/watering/feeding.
Give more information, take more help.

If those leaves are turning brown, especially at the tips first, then the rest later, I'd say you've given too much fert. If that's the case, flusing with water would be smart.

italianx, if you're bottom leaves are turning yellow you probably need to give a little fertilizer. This is different from leaf tips turning brown after fertilizing, which probably means the grower has given too much fert. On your fan, you put a fan in there to exchange air, bring in CO2, control temps, and to knock plants around a little, make them wiggle. The wiggling will cause the stems to strengthen so they will stand up straight as they grow. Otherwise, they will fall over.

If you know the basic laws of physics you can see. Warm air rises.
