Hair test results for a light smoker

Thought I would post my results on this forum since it helped calm my nerves when I was awaiting the results of a recent pre-employment hair test.
I smoked once in early Oct and once in late July of 2010 and took a pre-employment drug hair test in late Dec about 82 days clean. I didn't do anything special to prepare for the test except cut my hair to the minimum length for the test one and a half inches. Prior to that it had been over five inches long. My normal daily shampoo had tetrasodium EDTA in it, which is in most cleansing shampoos.
I received my results and I passed the feared hair test, probably because I have light colored hair and I didn't smoke enough to hit the cut off levels, but for those who are in similar situations don't believe all the rumors on the net about how smoking once can make you fail a drug test or how they can go back 6 years in a one inch hair test. I would say that the rule of 3 light sessions in a 90 day period is pretty accurate.
